Please pay a visit to your nearest Huduma center. Provide them with all relevant details, including your ID number, and any other information that can help verify your identity. -
I need a good coduct certificate,if I can apply how long does it take to get,and how much to I’m supposed pay for the process.

Thank you for reaching to Sino Soft Classifieds. Please note that application of good conduct it’s done through E-Citizen platform.
Please use the following processes:- Login to eCitizen – DCI Portal
- Apply for a Police Clearance Certificate
- Print 2 copies of the invoice and one copy of Form c24 (Form for fingerprints) and present to your nearest Huduma Centre for Fingerprint processing.
- Check ecitizen portal for the certifcate in 2-4 weeks.
Documents Required:
- Original I.D and Copy
- Original Birth Certificate and Copy for Minors
Amount required is Kshs. 1,000.

My Dad got the police abstracts from central police station where he was asked for lunch at almost every stage????, I should have advised him to go to Huduma Center instead????

Somebody appears to have used my ID number to register his/her e-citizen account. My attempts to log-in does not succeed as I cannot receive OTP notification either on phone or my email. Seeking for your advice.
